In order to contain costs it was decided to keep most of the exist walls, the pipes and the hydraulic systems, therefore the layout of the rooms appears very similar to that precedent. To meet the customer’s request to provide a window in every room and two bedrooms and the limited square footage is proposed to insert in the living room a sofa bed. It has also created a compartment wall laundry / ironing in the living area, which at the same time creates a small entrance room.
Al fine di contenere i costi si è pensato di mantenere la maggior parte dei i muri esistenti e, le tubazioni e gli impianti idraulici, pertanto la disposizione degli ambienti appare molto simile a quella precedente. Per soddisfare la richiesta del cliente di prevedere in ogni ambiente una finestra e due camere da letto e data la limitata metratura si propone di inserire nel soggiorno un divano-letto. Inoltre si è creato un vano murario lavanderia/stireria nella zona giorno, che nel contempo crea un piccolo ambiente ingresso.
