Per la realizzazione del progetto della villa si è pensato di preservare la struttura esistente trasformandola in un moderno concetto di abitare. La villa andrebbe restaurata all'esterno senza apportare significative modifiche alla struttura esistente dell'edificio. Le uniche modifiche riguarderanno l'apertura di porte e finestre per massimizzare la luce naturale che verrà introdotta nella villa. gli ambienti della villa avranno il fulcro rivolto verso la superficie della proprietà coltivata ad ulivi. L'ingresso principale alla villa sarà realizzato nella parte dell'edificio di 2 piani che avrà un soggiorno al piano terra. Il soggiorno sarà incentrato su una parete tv e camino. La zona lounge avrà un divano e 4 poltrone orientate verso la parete TV. Sul lato tv e sulla parete camino ci saranno due porte, una che immette su un wc a servizio del soggiorno, la seconda porta avrà accesso nella stanza che avrà la funzione di ufficio o sala relax. Dal soggiorno ci saranno delle scale che condurranno alla camera superiore che sarà una zona notte. Di fronte alle scale del piano superiore ci sarà la lavanderia. Verranno create 2 camere matrimoniali al piano superiore. La stanza più grande avrà più spazio e avrà una cabina armadio. La cucina sarà dal lato del soggiorno e avrà un'ampia zona giorno. La cucina avrà un'isola di cottura con panche per la colazione. In cucina ci sarà una tavola rotonda per pranzare e cenare nei giorni normali. Nella cucina tra i due edifici esistenti verrà creata una sala da pranzo formale e una cantina con porte in vetro in modo che il vino sia esposto. durante pranzi e cene in presenza di amici e parenti. La sala da pranzo avrà un'ampia vetrata che si aprirà su una veranda coperta dove poter pranzare durante i mesi più caldi dell'anno.
