For a construction project of an exclusive members club in European style in the centre of Hanoi, Vietnam we are looking for a suitable architect for the design and floor plans.
The project is to be built in the basement of an exclusive residential building in the style of Italian architecture and covers a total area of almost 1,000 m².
The Members Club will be accessible to celebrities, politicians and business people.
The club will be accessed via lifts from the ground floor or directly via the building’s underground car park for reasons of discretion.
The Members Club is to be designed in the style of 19th century Italy/France with a focus on wine and cigar consumption, as well as offering 3 private rooms with different themes for private conversations.
A reception with bar should form the centre and hot as well as cold food should also be offered, thus a kitchen is necessary.

Para un proyecto de construcción de un exclusivo club de socios de estilo europeo en el centro de Hanoi, Vietnam, buscamos un arquitecto adecuado para el diseño y los planos de planta.
El proyecto se construirá en el sótano de un exclusivo edificio residencial de estilo arquitectónico italiano y tiene una superficie total de casi 1.000 m².
El Members Club será accesible para celebridades, políticos y hombres de negocios.
Por razones de discreción, se accederá al club a través de los ascensores de la planta baja o directamente a través del aparcamiento subterráneo del edificio.
El Club de Socios se diseñará al estilo de la Italia/Francia del siglo XIX y se centrará en el consumo de vino y puros, además de ofrecer 3 salas privadas con diferentes temas para conversaciones privadas.
Una recepción con bar debe formar el centro y también debe ofrecerse comida caliente y fría, por lo que es necesaria una cocina.

Per un progetto di costruzione di un club esclusivo di membri in stile europeo nel centro di Hanoi, Vietnam, stiamo cercando un progetto planimetrico e di design.
Il progetto sarà realizzato nel seminterrato di un esclusivo edificio residenziale nello stile dell’architettura italiana e copre una superficie totale di quasi 1.000 m²
Il Members Club sarà accessibile a celebrità, politici e uomini d’affari.
L’accesso al circolo avverrà tramite ascensori dal piano terra o direttamente dal parcheggio sotterraneo dell’edificio per ragioni di discrezione.
Il Members Club sarà progettato nello stile dell’Italia/Francia del XIX secolo con particolare attenzione al consumo di vino e sigari, oltre a offrire 3 sale private con temi diversi per conversazioni private.
Un ricevimento con bar dovrebbe costituire il centro e dovrebbero essere offerti anche cibi caldi e freddi, quindi è necessaria una cucina.
