Description

Dear customer, below I explain how the following project seeks to fulfill what you requested. A central space is proposed, with main access from the core of stairs and elevators, where the higher height of the false ceiling, which can already be seen in the video sent, is used to generate a greater hierarchy in this space.

Due to the low general heights, a mirrored plane appears in this central space, giving an appearance of greater height. Here is located the central bar in black marble and gold metal which, together with the moldings in false ceilings and walls, accompanied by strips of intense LED lights that are reflected in the mirrored planes, achieve diffuse lighting suitable for the desired environment. This is also replicated in the sectors where seats are located in the general lounge and private rooms.

As for the layout, a single main entrance is maintained, which comes from the stairs and elevators, and one of the VIP entrances on the side of the ramp, further separating the general circulation from the VIP lounge. This is achieved with a wall that seeks to adapt the space to the curvature of the ramp and circular columns, also placing curtains for access from the general lounge to the VIP area.

From the VIP access, you reach a small reception and VIP bar, then from here, you can access the private rooms. Four private rooms were achieved. There is a small private room of 11 seats, two medium sized 17 seats, and a large room of 29 seats, between sofas and bar. Each private room has a bar, beverage display cabinet, seats, tables, and own bathroom.

In the main lounge are the seats and tables located around the central bar, a large beverage display, and the stage for small artists and shows in sight. This space has a small dressing room or rest room and a bathroom. The main lounge has an approximate 100 seats between sofas and bar.

The main bathrooms are redesigned but remain in the sector that were already located.

All technical spaces and their access are respected, seeking to avoid inconvenience in the construction. The kitchen is located next to the core of elevators and stairs, generating a small hall to access an existing technical space and a bathroom and a dressing room for staff.

The floors are proposed mainly in white marble in the general living room, and in dark marble in the central space and in bathroom sectors. The walls and moldings are presented in white looking to emulate the image of the existing building, but at the same time, looking for an innovative image that combines the existing image and the examples sent by the client.

Hoping that the project will be to your liking, I cordially greet you.
