Project description:
I would propose to re-layout all the houses to maximize the use and more practical.
1. Each house has it own access from the west road.
2. Basic function of each house is: open area for living room, dining room and kitchen, bathroom, laundry and tech area.
The outdoor area includes outdoor sitting and garden dining.
3. For the house number 1 and number 4, these two houses are spacious enough to add in a foyer, and kitchen bar.
4. I propose to have car parking inside house area for some houses. If you insist on having a common area for parking, we can easily change it to the outdoor garden play area for kids.
5. The garden of the each house has shallow pond for decoration and cooling down the environment.
6. For the bedroom area, I propose to change a bit the layout to keep all the bedroom with minimum area of 9 m2, as following the regulation minimum area of a single bed room is 9m2 and minimum area of a double bed room is 14 m2. (In previous layout some bedrooms have area of less than 9m2).
7. For the garden and interior perspective, I have provided the view for house 1, house 2 and house 3. The house 4 is similar to house house 1, the house 5 is similar to house 2.
