The design vocabulary is modern / minimal with an earthy palette- cream and pleasing shades of blue paint,wooden parquet flooring and furniture.
The design intent is to achieve a balance of modern, and industrial style all together in terms of interiors and briefs to cover existing and future lifestyle requirements.
A streamlined design, big doses of cream/blue shades, warm wood and 60's inspired furniture let this house's view shine as the focal point. The bright cream/proposed shades of blue creates a clean canvas for the surroundings and the furnishings. wood floor, paneling and furniture provide a sense of warmth.
Living is located opposite to kitchen facing the door-window letting space lit up naturally and makes a view speaking for itself with bare windows and simple furnishing that make your home light and open. A minimal custom storage cum shelves is designed in living that goes with theme chosen for proposed furniture scheme. Lamp on the sides of sofa constitutes to be an aesthetic element and also functional to have a nice reading time without lighting the whole living.
Dining is located on the right top of the space with existing hand coloured chair. The paint scheme chosen do supports to make those chair part of the room.
The requirement to hide the door is rectified by providing a half wall with continuing wooden slats upto ceiling. The wooden slats tends to be an aesthetic element and can be used to hang photographs or can be used by kids to pin up important notes. By its side is the custom reading desk that response to the proposed theme.
