The design proposal that I have proposed for the "Sea house and more" project incorporates all the client's requirements, more specifically the interior and exterior spaces that he needed.
One of the main elements when developing the design was to determine the height at which the mezzanine should go, for this we took into account the height of the doors and windows. This so as not to have to modify them, that is why the mezzanine is located 2.40 meters from the ground floor.
Upon entering the house, we find a double-height space in which the living room, the television and the staircase that leads to the upper floor are located. Next to the living room is the kitchen and a small dining room. The laundry is under the stairs, behind some doors.
The master bedroom has a bathroom and a walk-in closet.
There is another smaller room with an internal bathroom that opens onto the terrace. In this bedroom a door was removed to create a wall where a television could be placed.
On the upper floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, an bedroom and a bathroom. There is also an outside terrace that allows you to look out over the sea.
There is an outdoor dining room for 6 or more people. The roof of this space was modified, generating a pergolas cover using the same wood. Some steps communicate with the parking lot and with a recreation terrace which has an L-shaped sofa surrounded by a lot of vegetation.
