Per la realizzazione del progetto si intende utilizzare al massimo lo spazio disponibile mantenendo senza alterare la struttura esterna dell'edificio. Poiché il piano terra ha una superficie ampia è destinato a essere suddiviso in 3 zone, l'area a sinistra dell'ingresso principale comprenderà la cucina / isola / zona pranzo. Ci sarà una grande cucina a forma di U, un'isola di cottura con panche per consumare la colazione e un grande tavolo da pranzo per la famiglia e per intrattenere gli amici a pranzo e cena. Ci saranno anche 2 spazi chiusi che saranno utilizzati come dispensa. Il salone e la zona pranzo saranno open space dove l'illuminazione sarà massima. Nella terza area verrà creato uno studio che potrà essere adibito a lavoro, ma potrà anche essere trasformato in una stanza per gli amici. Sarà presente un locale di servizio che può essere lavanderia o qualunque cosa vi serva, ci sarà una cabina armadio a servizio della zona open space della giornata. Il seminterrato sopra la cucina sarà la camera da letto principale con 2 cabine armadio, letto matrimoniale e bagno privato. Entrambi i piani avranno una facciata orientata dal piano terra con vetrate in modo da massimizzare la luce che entra nell'edificio. Lo spazio successivo del seminterrato avrà 2 camere da letto, con 2 letti singoli, scrivania studio per due ripostigli ed entrambe le stanze utilizzeranno un bagno in comune.

The basement above the kitchen will be master bedroom with 2 walk in closets, king bed and a private bathroom. Both floors will have a facade oriented from the ground floor with glass windows in order to maximize the light entering the building. The next space of the basement will have 2 bedrooms, with 2 single beds, study desk for two closets and both rooms will use a shared toilet.
