L'idea di progetto nasce dalla volontà di creare un appartamento moderno personalizzandolo con pezzi di antiquariato (di proprietà della committenza).
All'ingresso è stato inserito un guardaroba componibile (utilissimo) dove poter riporre qualsiasi indumento ed oggetto e non lasciare impicci per la casa, proseguendo si arriva nell'ampia zona living (capace di ospitare i frequenti party con gli amici).
La cucina (su indicazione della committenza ) è stata divisa dal living mediante una parete finestrata stile industrial e risulta essere un ambiente più che abitabile dove la famiglia può far colazione o pranzi veloci senza aver problemi di spazi ristretti.
Il primo bagno ( che può essere utilizzato anche dagli ospiti) ha tutti i confort necessari inoltre su volere della committenza è stata prevista una zona lavanderia (lavatrice slim già in possesso dei proprietari) con uno sgabuzzino su disegno alto (di cui sono allegate le dimensioni) , inoltre, è stato previsto uno spazio nei pressi del lavabo per l'allestimento della zona "cambio pannolino".
Proseguendo si arriva al wc "padronale"che a differenza dell'altro locale igienico è stato pensato esclusivamente per i proprietari dell'appartamento ed è stata inserita una fantastica e modernissima doccia a filo pavimento dove potersi rilassare dopo un'estenuante giornata di lavoro.
La zona dello studio,invece, è stata inglobata alla camera degli ospiti (sempre su volontà della committenza).
Si arriva poi alla "zona letto": camera matrimoniale e la camera della bimba. Quest'ultima è un grandissima stanza che include anche un'area giochi e potrà essere divisa in futuro (magari con l'arrivo di un nuovo figlio/a) in due ambienti separati anche mediante arredi.
Infine la zona esterna: Il terrazzo di cui non è stato possibile cambiare la pavimentazione è stato arredato seguendo le indicazioni dei proprietari, ovvero inserendo un tavolo con sedie un barbecue e un angoletto "piante aromatiche".
Per quanto riguarda gli arredi di cui troverete sufficienti notizie nelle tavole di progetto specifiche, ci tenevo a precisare che la mia idea è stata quella di contrapporre arredi moderni di design agli arredi di antiquariato che già sono in vostro possesso, in modo da creare ambienti non banali, personalizzati e "senza tempo".
Preciso inoltre che una delle aziende che ho maggiormente "utilizzato" (di cui avete già alcuni arredi e ne sono contento) è LAGO DESIGN ormai divenuta un must del design italiano.
Per quanto riguarda i materiali ho cercato di soddisfare le vostre esigenze:
Il pavimento in parquet è stato lasciato in tutti gli ambienti (ovviamente andrà ricondizionato) tranne che nella cucina e nei due bagni dove è stato sostituito e troverete le tavole specifiche, sia dei materiali che dei rivestimenti e spero che si avvicinino alla vostra idea Vintage_industrial.
Inoltre su vostra indicazione ho disegnato anche una porta "marocchina" per dividere la zona giorno da quella notte.
In ultima analisi per quanto riguarda l'aspetto compositivo_progettuale ho cercato di fare un disegno quanto meno invasivo possibile (soprattutto per non sforare con il vostro budget) . Ogni ambiente (cosa che considero fondamentale) avrà la sua luce naturale......luce che considero il primo materiale in architettura aldilà degli arredi, dei materiali ecc ecc.

The kitchen has been divided by living through a walled industrial style wall and is a more than habitable environment where the family can have breakfast or fast lunch without having problems with restricted areas.
The first bathroom (which can also be used by the guests) has all the necessary comforts as well as a laundry area (slim already owned by the owners) with a high-rise closet (with attached dimensions ), There was also a space near the washbasin for setting up the diaper change zone.
Continuing, you get to the "master" toilet, which unlike the other toilet room was designed exclusively for the owners of the apartment and a fantastic and modern floor-to-ceiling shower has been inserted to relax after an exhausting day of work.
The study area, however, was incorporated into the guest room (always at the will of the client).
Then you get to the "sleeping area": ​​double bedroom and baby room. The latter is a very large room that also includes a play area and can be shared in the future (perhaps with the arrival of a new child) in two separate rooms also by furnishings.

Finally the outside area: The terrace which was not possible to change the flooring has been furnished following the indications of the owners, ie by inserting a table with chairs a barbecue and an "aromatic plants" corner.
With regard to the furnishings for which you will find enough news in the specific design tables, I would like to point out that my idea was to contrast modern design furnishings to the antique furnishings that are already in your possession, in order to create unstructured environments Trivial, personalized and "timeless".
I also point out that one of the companies I have most used (which you already have some furnishings and I'm happy with) is LAGO DESIGN now becoming a must for Italian design.
As for the materials I have tried to satisfy your needs:
The parquet floor has been left in all environments (obviously will be refurbished) except in the kitchen and in the two bathrooms where it has been replaced and you'll find the specific tables of both the materials and coatings and I hope you will come closer to your Vintage_industrial idea.
Also on your point of view I also designed a "Moroccan" door to divide the living area from that night.
Ultimately, with regard to the compilation aspect, I tried to make a design as invasive as possible (especially not to strain on your budget). Every environment (which I consider fundamental) will have its natural light ...... light that I consider the first material in architecture beyond the furnishings, materials etc. etc.
