Description

The proposed project is the internal restructuring of a large apartment. An attempt was made to divide the apartment into two apartments in a modern way.
The entrance doors have been placed at two different angles to be independent and protect the entrance area for each apartment.
The first apartment is equipped with a large living room with direct access to the terrace and a kitchen that opens onto the living room. A wine cellar that connects the kitchen, dining room, hallway, and living room. 2 of 3 bedrooms are double, each at least 14 square meters. Wardrobes in each bedroom and hallway are considered. Laundry is external. The second apartment also has 3 bedrooms. And the washing machine goes into the larger bathroom.
The apartments have separate terraces; they are separated by a wall. The bathrooms have the same layout as before to be close to the drainage column. There is also a bidet and a shower in every bathroom. As it is possible to raise the floor by 18 cm, the kitchens are located next to the living rooms.
