I am providing 2 options for the project. each option includes a 3-bedroom apartment and a 2-bedroom apartment.
The concept is to provide a livable space for each room while minimizing demolition and construction. External reconstructed walls built on the terraces will be cladded with brick veneer similar to the external of the building and will be recessed to the cantilever of the neighboring apartment above to preserve the aesthetics of the whole building (Please refer to details sheet provided).
