The project of the car dealership is made in a single building. It was not possible to plan 40 by 15 on the territory, it was too close to the road. Because of this, the layout on one side is made stepped form. The height of the building on 2 floors - the main sales room, conference room, sanitary units and office rooms on the second floor. In the basement floor height of 5 meters placed auto workshops with elevators for cars, vulcanization and camber convergence. The rest of the basement is used for storage and rest rooms. Descent to the basement is carried out from the ramp starting from the right side of the building. The back side of the car dealership can be accessed from the left side of the building. There are several parking spaces for new cars or for employees' cars (at their discretion). The design of the building was chosen because of the location. That it would stand out among similar buildings and dense trees with its shape and color. So that passers-by would remember the shape and shades of the logo. The facade cladding is made of metal panels.
