I am very happy to participate in your contest.
I designed the main building with a height of 570 cm so that while the building can be seen better from the street, I can create a sense of grandeur when customers enter the showroom by creating a high height in the showroom.
According to the projected height for the building, I placed some offices in the mezzanine.
I assigned the entrance part of the internal showroom to the customer section, which includes sales counters and furniture for sitting.
I placed the meeting room close to the customers' area and placed the kitchen in a place that allows convenient service to the customers' area and the meeting room.
In the outer area of the building, next to the entrance, I put an outdoor car display area that can be seen both from the street and when entering the main area.
I placed the charging area for electric cars next to the crossing so that it can be seen from the outside and those who come to charge their cars do not enter the back yard of the building.
In the back yard, I placed the entrance to the basement , the customer parking and the open space showroom.
I put the customer's parking in a place that has good access to the main building and the open space showroom.
Due to the fact that it was not possible to move the entrance to the area, I arranged the internal access to different parts in such a way that when customers enter and visit any of the available parts, they are required to pass in front of the main building and see the cars in the showroom.
