Prima di tutto, grazie per averci dato l'opportunità di progettare la tua casa con questo concorso. Qui il nostro rapporto di progettazione:
ESTERNI E FINESTRE:
L'esterno è stato isolato con pannelli di kerlite da 6-8 cm. Le finestre che si affacciano su balconi e verande sono ora a tutta lunghezza. Inoltre, sono stati realizzati ampliamenti nelle finestre che vedono l'area del paesaggio. In queste e in tutte le altre modifiche, è stata prestata attenzione alle colonne portanti.
BAGNI E CUCINE:
Il bagno al piano terra, più grande del necessario, è stato rimpicciolito, ottenendo così uno spazio più ampio davanti alla cucina. Inoltre, la tua nuova cucina è a forma di U e offre uno spazio di lavoro più ampio. Il tavolo da pranzo qui è stato trasformato in un piccolo bar. La nuova zona pranzo si trova in un punto luminoso nell'angolo della casa insieme al soggiorno.
VALUTAZIONE DELLA SCALA:
C'è un tavolo da pranzo sul lato delle scale e una vetrina appositamente prodotta per decorare quest'area può essere posizionata in fondo alle scale e nascondere il cattivo aspetto delle scale. Si consiglia inoltre di rivestire di marmo i gradini delle scale.
CAMERE SU DUE PIANO:
La camera, alla quale si accede dal primo piano, è dotata di zona giorno e scala a chiocciola. Il corridoio che conduce alla scala si collega alla camera da letto e al bagno, e in quest'area sono stati progettati spazi della galleria per eliminare la ristrettezza avvertita in tali spazi loft. Inoltre, le camere da letto qui saranno illuminate con finestre apribili sul tetto. Chi non vorrebbe addormentarsi guardando il cielo?
RISCALDAMENTO:
I caminetti in ogni stanza, descritti come un sistema di riscaldamento a tecnologia idroelettrica, riscalderanno la casa, mentre i pannelli solari da posizionare nel paesaggio soddisferanno il fabbisogno di acqua calda.
CONCLUSIONE:

EXTERIOR AND WINDOWS:
The exterior was insulated from 6-8 cm kerlite boards. Windows overlooking balconies and verandas are now full length. In addition, expansions were made in the windows that see the landscape area. In these and all other changes, attention was paid to the carrier columns.
BATHROOMS AND KITCHENS:
The ground floor bathroom, which was larger than necessary, was made smaller, resulting in a larger space in front of the kitchen. Also, your new kitchen is U-shaped and offers a larger workspace. The dining table here has been converted into a small bar. The new dining area is located in a bright spot in the corner of the house along with the living room.
EVALUATION OF THE LADDER:
There is a dining table on the side of the stairs, and a specially produced showcase to decorate this area can be placed at the bottom of the stairs and hide the bad appearance of the stairs. We also recommend that the stair steps be covered with marble.
TWO FLOOR ROOMS:
The room, which is entered from the first floor, has a living area and a spiral staircase. The corridor leading to the staircase connects to the bedroom and bathroom, and gallery spaces were designed in this area to eliminate the narrowness felt in such loft spaces. In addition, the bedrooms here will be illuminated with windows to be opened on the roof. Who doesn't want to fall asleep watching the sky?
HEATING:
The fireplaces in each room, which are described as a hydro-technology heating system, will heat the house, while the solar panels to be positioned in the landscape will meet your hot water needs.
