Description

I have developed the design proposal for the "Renovation of an 80s Building" contest taking into account all the requirements made by the client.
On the ground floor, there are few changes that I made. The most notorious were the demolition of some perimeter walls so that the windows and glass doors were larger.
The staircase is now visually much lighter, since I demolished the wall that served as a railing and is now made of glass.
The kitchen is more functional, the counter is "L" shaped and there is space for a small dining table for breakfast.
On the first level there are two rooms which share a bathroom.
On this same level there are two bathrooms with a dressing room and an internal staircase that communicates with the attic, where there are two rooms that occupy the entire space.
Drains and pipes will be hidden by building new walls, which are harmoniously incorporated into the façade.
