My Concept is based on development and renovating an old building into an aesthetic and eye pleasing Building, with aim on lowering costs and increase functionality. therefore, I should notify the following:
- Building ceiling are for most the same, no need to make big changes
- The rooms connected via internal stairs are alike mirrored, I used the same bathroom at the attic and done the same in the other room to lower the costs.
- I have uploaded the model source as a whole, it can be used by the client to obtain, modify or upgrade any necessary drawing or detail
- Kerlite Tiles is to be installed mechanically leaving room for Insulation
- piping are embedded between the Kerlite Mechanic Structure for ease of maintenance and dismantling if necessary
- Solar heater are placed in order to obtain best performance possible. and have been hidden from view
- Each room on the first floor contain a built-in Fireplace and lots of built-in storage
- Native and introduced plants in Sicily are suggested
- Various options for the Kerlite Tiles and roof as shown
