Objective: Complete renovation (115 sq.m.) for a family of 2 adults and daughter (11 years)
Estimated budget: 35000/40000 € (excluding construction materials)
Materials: wooden window frames / aluminum, fixtures, tile or tiles, heating, air-contained air conditioning.
All systems are to be redone / Do hydraulic, electrical, heating (central with radiators to change to central), contained air conditioning.
We would like a modern apartment, functional and at the same time warm and welcoming.
I rely on you, your ability and your talent for some innovative solution.
Our needs are:
1) 2 bedrooms, one double and one room for daughter.
2) 2 bathrooms, one master and a second smaller bathroom, in the first we’d like to have a built-in shower, the second bath with shower (to you the best functional solution).
3) A small room / study which can accommodate a desk, taking the console and the cabinet L of the previous house.
4) A stay viable
5) A large kitchen, complete with all appliances and separate from the living room, we also evaluate an open plan kitchen but does not have to be the first room you come to the front door.
6) Storage room / pantry possibly laundry room
Life in the house will take place mainly between the kitchen and living room,
then those are the most important rooms for which we want to maximize space, the heat, the livability, little decommitment,
much content as possible: all the space should be used for rooms.
The restructuring will be complete, for which there are no constraints on the internal partitions, the height of the walls is about 3 meters.

The house has two balconies, one facing the south side, which has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Naples, the other balcony (L-shaped) is displayed instead of the city.
