So i tried to fit all the intended spaces into the apartment,
Compliments as it really is a wonderful apartment with lots of light and the balconies are really nice.
As the client mentioned that there is a nice view of the Naples bay from the south i thought that this should be the side the living space should be arranged on.

First of all i created 2 large bedrooms , and one second bathroom near the first one ( to use as little plumbing modifications as possible) .

The kitchen and living room are all one large space with lots of room for new furniture or places you can moove the furniture to and from. If you like a little remodeling every now and then this is great. On the living space i put just one Sofa, the one that the client already has, but there is space for a second sofa as well, if you put them infront of each other ( perpendicular to the current position of the sofa in my designs). Also the dining table could be put on the right space that takes you to the balcony, or if the client likes he can close the kithcen according to the given lines and have a closed kitchen.

The Office space is not large, and the room could double as a laundry room as it has more space for the washer and dryer and is near to the balcony .

Even though some storage can go into the balcony, i made a large storage room at the entrance.

I used all the furnishings the client already has, The only completely new things are the KITCHEN ( which is big and might be costly, you can also omit the fridge and oven column that are at on edge and put them inside the linearity of the kitchen ... this might save some money). A good kitchen like this will probably cost you at max 10'000 Euro. (appliances included)

The girl bedroom i thought might be nice also with some standard WHITE IKEA furniture, with bed/materass/dresser/wardrobe/ desk/ chair it should come up to max 2'000 Euro.

I suggest you use laminate flooring of the given color or something similar which looks good with all colors of furniture.
Also at the bathroom i suggest just floor tiles, and wall tiles at the shower area as seen in the picture. The walls could be painted in Oily Color that can be easily washed.

You will still have to pay for the walls and general painting of the house, also with electrical and hidraulic works.

When you enter this apartment it is really airy and fresh and is very large, on the other hand it is realy comfortable.
