Project description

To ensure comprehensive adaptability and contextual compatibility, two distinct architectural proposals were developed. This dual approach allows the design to remain flexible across different interpretative directions while maintaining full coherence with the site conditions, regulatory framework, and overall design intent.

Both proposals are developed around a common set of core principles to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards while integrating key design and performance features. These include the incorporation of solar panels, an achievable and flexible structural system, perspective-matching techniques, seismic considerations, and overall structural adaptability. Strict adherence to the maximum allowable building volume increase was maintained, with the total increase not exceeding 180 cubic meters.

Proposal 1: Distinctive Design
This proposal presents a bold, contemporary architectural expression defined by strong lines and clearly articulated volumes. The selected color palette was validated through careful contextual analysis, referencing surrounding buildings with approved and comparable finishes to ensure both visual harmony and regulatory compliance.

Proposal 2: Traditional Yet Modern
The second proposal adopts a “traditional yet modern” approach, merging contemporary spatial logic with traditional materials. Reclaimed stone and rock form the base, complemented by a terracotta-colored roof and rough-textured plaster façades. The design emphasizes spatial consistency, adaptability, and functional flexibility.

Exact contextual accuracy was achieved through a rigorous perspective-matching process using extracted EXIF metadata. The virtual environment was calibrated to replicate the site’s precise optical parameters, allowing the architectural volumes to be mathematically integrated into the landscape. This technical precision ensures total geometric integrity and full compliance with all regional constraints.
