Residential - Villa
This proposal presents two alternative design concepts for the renovation of both the ground floor and the first floor, developed in direct response to the client’s spatial and functional requirements.
On the ground floor, the layout has been reconfigured to include a double garage designed for two vehicles, with a TOVERNA located at the rear, as requested by the client. The existing laundry and mechanical room have been retained to ensure operational efficiency and continuity of building services.
On the first floor, both alternatives feature an entrance that opens into a contemporary open-plan living area connected to a kitchen with a central island, enhancing light, spatial flow, and social interaction.
Option 1 emphasizes privacy and zoning by placing the master suite and home office in a dedicated private wing, fully separated from the children’s bedrooms.
Option 2 prioritizes a more generous shared living environment, incorporating a defined dining area. In this configuration, the master bedroom and children’s rooms are located within the same wing, while the home office benefits from independent access, supporting flexible and private workspace use.
Both layouts provide a well-proportioned walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom for the master suite. Each solution aims to balance circulation, privacy, and functionality while celebrating natural light, ventilation, and a contemporary domestic lifestyle.
