I tried to create the design with minimal demolition. The corridor areas were quite large, but I still kept a clear separation between the public and private areas of the house. The bathrooms remain in their original locations, and in the master bedroom I added a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. I also created a good storage room for you, and added a built-in closet in the hallway.
I haven’t placed anything on the kitchen island for now, but you can choose to have either the stove or the sink there. I also added a dining section on the island, which is distinguished from the main kitchen counter by a difference in height.
On this floor, I planned a large living/lounge area so you can gather together comfortably. I also placed a billiard table there, but you can replace it with sofas or even another entertainment activity if you prefer.
Since the garage door couldn’t be relocated, this is the best layout for parking two cars. To maintain a good lounge area, the laundry has been positioned above the garage. This was my suggestion so that you can have a functional and spacious living area.
The kitchen and the bar are placed along the corridor to minimize wasted space and allow for full use of all areas.
A full bathroom has been added on this floor to meet your needs. However, it is possible to remove the shower, and by doing so, you can increase the size of the storage room.
I placed a modern fireplace next to the TV.
In this home office, to ensure natural lighting, we will need to add a window.
