Thank you for this great project. I'll explain a little about my design.

On the ground floor, you wanted a double garage. I initially planned on two garage doors, but after realizing that a column prevented me from building two doors, I decided to extend the garage wall to accommodate two cars. There's also a laundry room, which I reduced, and a bar.

On the first floor, I tried not to demolish too many walls, but still managed to create an effective space, keeping the renovation affordable and effective. There's a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with an island, and a dining table in one area. There's a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathtub located around the bed, and a bathroom with a toilet.

In addition, there are two other restrooms: the master restroom and a guest restroom with a sink, both with showers and toilets. I think placing the restrooms in these three areas was a smart move, keeping the renovation less complicated yet still effective. On the first floor, you can also see two children's rooms and an office/study.
