The project stems from the need to fully respect the demands of clients .
The style of the new ambiene reflects a purely modern , through the removal of the old equipment, the tank and the demolition of the wall that supports the sink .
It was also meant the demolition of 50 cm from the wall behind the toilet kind of services in order to position the frame of the sliding glass door of the shower.
The removal of the tank allows to exploit the entire width of the bath for positioning a floor element , of a width of 2 meters , without shower tray , but made ​​entirely in mosaic. This mosaic is also of the shower walls up to head height ( 2.00 meters). The shower head is recessed into false seiling thought of heaven that is positioned just above the shower and lowers the environment to 2.70 mt. Flooring was chosen as an innovative flooring stoneware with a modern thought, out by the canons of traditional parquet commonly used . Such as furniture, in accordance with the modern theme , minimal elements were chosen by the strong intrinsic character . For the walls you want to get out of the norm antiquated tradition of removing the existing coating and replace it with a waterproof paint , this method allows, in addition to aesthetic benefits , functional benefits also preventing the formation of mold and swelling behind the cladding.
The location of the toilets was kept the original one, thus resulting in a substantial reduction of costs.


MODERNO - MINIMAL - FUNZIONALE - INTELLIGENTE

Il progetto nasce dall’esigenza di rispettare a pieno le richieste della committenza.
Lo stile del nuovo ambiene rispecchia un carattere puramente moderno, tramite la rimozione dei vecchi sanitari, della vasca e la demolizione della muratura che sostiene il lavabo.
Inoltre è stato pensata la demolizione di 50 cm di muretto alle spalle dei servici igienici al fine di posizionare il telaio della porta scorrevole in cristallo della doccia.
La rimozione della vasca consente di poter sfruttare tutta la larghezza del bagno per posizionare una doccia a filo pavimento, di larghezza 2 mt, senza piatto doccia, ma realizzata interamente in mosaico. Tale mosaico riveste anche le pareti della doccia fino ad altezza uomo (2,00 mt). Il soffione della doccia è pensato a cielo incassato nella controsoffitta che è posizionata solo sopra la doccia ed abbassa l’ambiente a 2,70 mt. Come pavimentazione è stato scelto un innovativo parquet in gress dalle linee moderne pensato
fuori dai canoni del tradizionale parquet utilizzato comunemente. Come arredo , nel rispetto del tema moderno, sono stati scelti elementi minimali dal forte carattere intrinseco. Per le pareti si vuole uscire fuori dai canoni antiquati della tradizione eliminando il rivestimento preesistente e sostituirlo con una pittura idrorepellente, tale metodo permette, oltre a vantaggi estetici, anche vantaggi funzionali evitando il formarsi di muffa e rigonfiamenti alle spalle del rivestimento stesso.
La posizione dei servizi igienici è stata mantenuta quella originaria, comportando così un sostanziale abbassamento dei costi.
