The project.
The wall that divides the kitchen from the living room was demolished for a new living area more spacious and wide. On the one hand there is the kitchen with dining table extendable to receive guests, the other the relaxation area with corner sofa and blue wall system.
The new boiler will be shifted to the left of the kitchen cabinet, closed by a door to measure.
The radiator that is located between the two windows will be replaced by a pellet stove design, which will complement the existing heating. Another design radiator will be placed in the opposite wall to the left of the sofa. To install the pellet stove you will have to build a chimney that goes on the roof to evacuate the smoke and an air intake. The power of the stove should be about 6 kWh, sufficient to heat the living area of approximately 23 square meters.
The bathroom is modified and made larger by removing the wall of the closet. Restricting the input yields a niche where you will place the washer and dryer in the column and a cabinet scope. It also follows the space for a comfortable shower, the walls of which are lined with mosaic tiles on sheets 30x30, separate from bathrooms and sink area. The entire wall above the double sinks, collected on a marble floor, is covered by a mirror-end frameless tiled laid between the parties. The colors chosen for the bathroom are cream walls and brown for the floor and shower walls.
The walk-in closet required by the customer can not find enough space, as the rooms do not have the right size. So I designed the larger room to the children in it there will be space for study, with a desk for two, and the space for the game. The colors are warm and vibrant colors, such as yellow and orange.
The master bedroom is very spacious with two closets and an elegant desk-dressing table with mirror to use as a corner for the PC or make-up. The head of the bed is colored sugar paper. A chair with floral pattern adds a touch of liveliness and freshness to the room.
The entrance and a kitchen area will be illuminated and false ceiling with recessed spotlights.
To enhance the brightness of the environments I chose light colors, such as ivory for the walls and the beige for the floor, porcelain stoneware wood effect. While some walls and some furniture have more vivid color and bright, like yellow and blue, creating a pleasant contrast to the more neutral colors.
Il progetto.
La parete che divide la cucina dal soggiorno viene demolita per ottenere una nuova zona giorno più spaziosa ed ampia. Da un lato vi è la cucina con il tavolo da pranzo allungabile per ricevere ospiti, dall’altro la zona relax con divano angolare azzurro e parete attrezzata.
La nuova caldaia sarà spostata a fianco del mobile cucina, chiusa da un’anta su misura.
Il termosifone che si trova tra le due finestre sarà sostituito da una stufa a pellet di design, che andrà ad integrare il riscaldamento esistente. Un altro radiatore di design sarà collocato nella parete opposta a fianco del divano. Per installare la stufa a pellet si dovrà realizzare una canna fumaria che va sul tetto per fare evacuare i fumi e una presa d’aria. La potenza della stufa dovrà essere di circa 6 Kwh, sufficiente per riscaldare la zona giorno di mq 23 circa.
Il bagno viene modificato e reso più grande eliminando la parete del ripostiglio. Restringendo l’ingresso si ricava una nicchia dove si andrà a collocare la lavatrice e l’asciugatrice in colonna e un mobile porta scope. Si ricava inoltre lo spazio per una comoda doccia, le cui pareti sono rivestite con piastrelle a mosaico su fogli 30x30, separata dai sanitari e dalla zona lavabo. L’intera parete sopra i due lavabo, incassati su piano in marmo, è percorsa da uno specchio a fascia senza cornice, posato tra parti piastrellate. I colori scelti per il bagno sono crema per le pareti e marrone per il pavimento e le pareti doccia.
La cabina armadio richiesta dal cliente non trova lo spazio sufficiente, in quanto le camere non hanno la giusta metratura. Pertanto ho destinato la camera più grande ai bambini: in essa ci sarà lo spazio per studiare, con una comoda scrivania per due, e lo spazio per il gioco. I colori saranno caldi e vivaci, come il giallo e l’arancio.
La camera matrimoniale sarà dotata di due armadi molto capienti e di una elegante scrivania–toletta con specchio da utilizzare come angolo per il PC o per il trucco. La testata del letto è color carta da zucchero. Una sedia a motivo floreale dà un tocco di vivacità e freschezza alla camera.
L’ingresso ed una zona della cucina sarà controsoffittato e illuminato con faretti ad incasso.
Per esaltare la luminosità degli ambienti ho scelto tinte chiare, come l’avorio per le pareti ed il beige per il pavimento, in gres porcellanato effetto legno. Mentre alcune pareti ed alcuni mobili hanno colori più vivaci ed accesi, come il giallo e l’azzurro, che creano un gradevole contrasto con le tinte più neutre.
