I would like a modern house but not anonymous and cold The apartment is on the third floor with nice views of the green and exhibited in the Southeast. I would like the brightness was enhanced with a predominance of light tones and dark contrasts..
For the floor I would like a light gray or light beech parquet slabs great in any rooms except the bathrooms and the kitchen where I would opt for more durable materials.
I wish that the spaces were distributed as follows:
– Large living room;
– Separate kitchen which is accessed by a sliding glass door from the living room;
– Bedroom with large walk-in closet and en suite bathroom;
– Smallest Bedroom (double queen bed or sofa bed) with adjoining walk-in closet small to medium size;
– Full bathroom smaller than the other;
Other areas that I’d like to get are:
– Study area with pc / work;
– Small laundry area / utility room with washer dryer, cleaners, vacuum cleaner etc .;
– Any small pantry;
I’d like to take advantage of the terraces, for some dinner outdoors overlooking saw the house in the countryside.
