Il progetto è il risultato di studi di disposizione delle stanze per rispettare tutte le esigenze del committente e garantire a tutti gli ambienti una buona illuminazione e metratura. Pertanto sono stati abbattuti tutti i muri interni per ribaltare la zona giorno e la zona notte dello stato di fatto. Con la nuova disposizione tutti gli ambienti godono di luce naturale e l'area giorno, cucina e soggiorno, ora si affacciano sui balconi più ampi dell'abitazione. I bagni sono stati mantenuti entrambi nella stessa aree, in questo modo non ci saranno problemi con la colonna di scarico.
Le porte sono tutte scorrevoli sia per esigenze di spazio sia per una scelta stilistica, per ottenere uno stile più moderno.

Lo studio è stato ricavato in una zona del soggiorno, schermato da una vetrata opaca che ha anche la funzione di schermare l'ingresso dell'abitazione e creare un pre ingresso alla camera da letto padronale. In caso si voglia insonorizzare lo studio dal resto del soggiorno si può pensare di chiuderlo con pareti vetrate scorrevoli.
Nel soggiorno si possono ricavare inoltre delle nicchie dove poter incassare librerie e impianti.

La cucina e il soggiorno sono separati da una vetrata scorrevole, che riprende quella dello studio e isola i due ambienti da rumori o odori.
In soggiorno è presente inoltre un'area sala da pranzo, proprio antecedente all'ingresso in cucina.
E' possibile consumare pasti anche direttamente in cucina in quanto è stato disposto un bancone alto che si affaccia alla porta finestra del balcone. Come su richiesta del committente sul balcone è stato inserito un tavolino per poter consumare pasti all'esterno.

Un bagno è raggiungibile direttamente dal salone attraversando la lavanderia che ha anche la funzione di antibagno. L'altro bagno invece è accessibile soltanto alla camera da letto principale.

La camera principale è ampia ed ha diretto accesso al bagno padronale e alla cabina armadio. Gode inoltre di una buona illuminazione in quanto ha l'affaccio su uno dei tre balconi dell'abitazione.
La seconda camera è di ridotte dimensioni, ma è comunque ben illuminata ed è stato possibile ricavare una piccola cabina armadio.

L'arredo è stato scelto per le linee semplici e moderne, i colori neutri che ben si armonizzano tra loro. E' stato scelto di investire di più sugli arredi fissi, come pavimenti, porte e sanitari. Mentre per gli arredi mobili come divano, scrivania e sedie sono stati scelti arredi di prezzo più contenuto in modo da poterli sostituire più frequentemente senza una grossa spesa.
