Good morning to everyone we are a real estate company that operates near Milan and we deal with both new construction and renovation .
Specifically, we are evaluating alternative solutions to renovate an apartment of the seventies about 100 square meters over balconies trade in order to maximize the space now occupied from the large hallway in order to derive an additional bedroom ( prospects of the building and therefore the position, number and size of windows can not be modified).
The renovation will be complete with the full removal of the floors for laying underfloor radiant system , and as structural constraints there are only the two pillars visible in the plan.
