Hello to all!
We have just sold out old small house where we lived in 4, and now we bought a new 115-square-meters house and we need help and ideas to organise better the space.
We would like to have a living room with a comfortable sitting area, a nice pellet stove, a dining area where to eat with our friends; we would like to have a separate room with a kitchen where we can eat when we’re alone, three bedrooms (a double one, one for a 17-year-old boy and one for a two year old baby), a room where to put a sofa-bed in case we have a guest and two bathrooms (one where you put a washing machine and
dryer, the main with the bathtub, one with shower).
It will be perfect if we would be able to carry out the closets, to make full use of the space .
It will be the parquet floor (probably lightly bleached oak) everywhere except in the two bathrooms (ceramic parquet-effect contrast colored).
The ceilings have an height of three meters, we would like to receive solutions on plasterboard for moving a bit and for the conditioning system.
We love modern, linear, dark oak forniture, but also white or colored.
We would also like ideas to customize and make specific the spaces (lamps, pictures ) .
We are open to any changes in internal walls, that can be moved .
Our budget is 50000/60000 €.
