La nostra proposta ha cercato di tenere conto delle vostre richieste di utilizzo dei vari ambienti e allo stesso tempo di dare una nuova vita ad un appartamento con una distribuzione degli ambienti rigida e datata.
L’ingresso, che prima si configurava come un corridoio distributivo tra la zona giorno e la zona notte, mantiene ancora questa funzione di divisione ma fonde le due aree con un po’ più di carattere. La classica prospettiva lunga di corridoio nella nostra proposta viene subito interrotta dalla parete della camera matrimoniale che con la sua inclinazione mi spinge visivamente verso il soggiorno invitando l’ospite in quella direzione.
Nella zona notte abbiamo creato come da richiesta tre camere da letto e il bagno principale. La camera matrimoniale è in posizione centrale rispetto a quelle dei figli ed ha il balcone, nella particolare forma che abbiamo creato c’è la possibilità di avere una scrivania o area trucco oltre all’armadio oppure se si vuole si può aumentare la metratura di guardaroba.
La camera del ragazzo è un po’ più grande in modo da poter ospitare anche i suo strumenti oltre alla scrivania per i compiti; quella della bambina è leggermente più piccola ma comunque a norma di legge rispetta il minino dei 9 mq e ha la sua dotazioni di tavolino e armadio.
Nel bagno della zona notte abbiamo ricavato una metratura generosa che consente di avere la vasca da bagno e un mobile con doppio lavabo.
La distribuzione degli spazi proposta pone il bagno secondario con la lavanderia con l’entrata rivolta verso l’ingresso e la zona notte per avere un percorso più agevolato per il carico scarico panni; per non avere problemi di introspezione abbiamo creato un antibagno come filtro per i sanitari.
La zona giorno è stata pensata come 3 ambienti ben delimitati: il soggiorno, lo studio e la cucina. Questi ambienti sono divisi con pannelli vetrati scorrevoli che permettono di avere la sensazione di open-space, senza rinunciare alla praticità della chiusura.
Lo studio è stato ricavato nel soggiorno e delimitato da pannelli in vetro scorrevoli che permettono di aprire e chiudere la stanza a seconda delle esigenze, quando i pannelli sono chiusi lo studio diventa un ambiente a se stante, che con la soluzione dell’armadio letto si trasforma in camera per gli ospiti le tende a rullo a scomparsa nel controsoffitto completerebbero l’effetto di chiusura in caso di ospiti.
La cucina, grazie all’ampia porta scorrevole a due ante in vetro che la divide con il soggiorno, permette un comodo dialogo con la zona soggiorno e al contrario in caso di necessaria riservatezza, sia di odori che di presenza persone, può chiudersi senza rinunciare però ad una incredibile luminosità.
Il controsoffito è stato pensato “tecnico” nella zona notte per poter ospitare gli split per il condizionamento ed eventuali luci ad incasso, nella zona del soggiorno invece abbiamo pensato ad un cartongesso, oltre che tecnico, anche scenografico, che disegnasse l’ambiente grazie all’utilizzo di curve che andassero a bilanciare gli spigoli delle pareti e ad aumentare la sensazione di grandezza dello spazio, inoltre la presenza dell’illuminazione diffusa dal cartongesso al soffitto dona una sensazione di leggerezza del volume del cartongesso stesso.
La proposta fatta è adattabile a tante piccole modifiche e personalizzazioni soprattuto nella scelta dell’arredo e quindi deve essere considerata come progetto preliminare, la distribuzione dei vani e la modifica dei muri interni è l’anima del nostro progetto che pensiamo risolva al meglio le vostre richieste.
Il preventivo è in linea con il budget a disposizione ma può essere sempre affinato con scelta di materiali e soluzioni più economiche, per esempio nella pavimentazione o nella scelta di realizzare le pareti divisorie a secco piuttosto che in muratura.
