SCELTE PROGETTUALI
Per le scelte progettuali adottate si è tenuto conto sia delle mancanze oggettive dell’ appartamento che delle precise richieste della Committenza. Pur mantenendo al minimo le demolizioni delle tramezzature e le opere murarie per rientrare nel budget a disposizione, l’ idea progettuale si è basata su alcuni punti fondamentali:
1. spostamento della cucina nell’ attuale zona living, sfruttando il terrazzo sul lato Nord per l’ affaccio;
2. il secondo bagno è stato ricavato nell’ attuale cucina, utilizzando gli scarichi a disposizione del bagno attuale;
3. la camera matrimoniale è stata ricavata nell’ unica camera che attualmente si affaccia sul terrazzo, ingrandendola con lo spostamento di una tramezzatura, ricavandone un angolo per predisporre una piccola cabina armadio ed utilizzando il bagno esistente come bagno privato. In questo modo all’ interno della zona notte è stata creata una zona privata per i padroni di casa;
4. è stato ingrandito il disimpegno per consentire la demolizione della parete curva nell’ attuale bagno e la diversa metratura delle camere e dello studio;
5. lo studio è stato ricavato nella camera più vicina alla zona living, rimpicciolendone la sua metratura (mq 9,00), ma con la possibilità di diventare camera da letto singola per diverse esigenze della famiglia;
6. la seconda camera da letto che nella planimetria fornita sembra la più grande con affaccio su finestra, è stata leggermente rimpicciolita per consentire l’ ingrandimento della camera matrimoniale, pur mantenendo una superficie adeguata (mq 16,35) alla realizzazione di una camera da letto doppia;
7. un piccolo ripostiglio per riporre attrezzi necessari alla pulizia dell’ appartamento è stato ricavato direttamente nel disimpegno.
L’ area living di complessivi 36,00 Mq è stata suddivisa in due parti comunicanti ma allo stesso tempo separate tra loro: l’area cucina e l’area salotto. L’area cucina di 13,00 mq è stata pensata come parte integrante dell’area living. Pur non avendo creato alcuna parete di divisione tra i due ambienti, la separazione è garantita dall’ arredo progettato. Infatti una libreria bifacciale separa l’ area fuochi/lavello della cucina dalla zona living, creando un effetto vedo - non vedo. Attaccata alla libreria è stata posizionata la zona pranzo con un tavolo allungabile verso la zona salotto. La porta di accesso alla zona notte è stata pensata come una porta senza stipiti e coprifili (alta cm 240), scorrevole lungo la parete del salotto che dia l’ impressione di un pannello appeso ad un filo completamente in vetro con decori e fondo color champagne. E’ stata pensata una controsoffittatura su parte della camera matrimoniale, su tutto il disimpegno e su parte della zona living. In particolare sulla parete di testata del letto matrimoniale e sulle due pareti lunghe della zona living è stata prevista una gola luminosa in cartongesso con tubolari a led, mentre per la restante parte del soffitto in cartongesso una illuminazione con faretti Led ad incasso. Nella scelta dei materiali di rifinitura, si è optato per un pavimento in grès smaltato effetto parquet di colore tortora 15x90 cm, unico per tutto l’ appartamento ad eccezione della pavimentazione bagni. In questo modo è consentito l’utilizzo di svariati abbinamenti cromatici dell’ arredo e delle altre finiture. Per la pavimentazione ed il rivestimento dei bagni si è optato per un’ unica tipologia con pavimentazione in grigio scuro 30x60 cm e rivestimento in coordinato. Per il rivestimento della parete cucina e di parte dei bagni è stato scelto anche il mosaico in pasta di vetro 2x2 cm con tonalità di grigio chiaro e scuro, del tortora, del marrone e bronzo. Nel bagno privato sono stati previsti vaso e bidet del tipo sospeso, un lavabo da appoggio di forma ovale e vasca multifunzione 85x150 cm idromassaggio, sauna, cromoterapia. Nel bagno in dotazione dell’ appartamento invece, oltre a vaso e bidet sospesi e al lavabo d’appoggio è stata prevista una doccia ed un mobile contenitore per lavatrice ed eventuale asciugatrice. Per la tinteggiatura si prevede di utilizzare tutte le tonalità del tortora con pareti più scure intervallate da tonalità più chiare e luminose. I controsoffitti e l’ intradosso del solaio saranno tutti di colore bianco.
CHOICES DESIGN.
The design decisions taken have taken into account the objective of the shortcomings of the apartment that the precise requirements of the Customer. While keeping to a minimum the demolition of partition walls and masonry to fall within the budget available, the design idea is based on some fundamental points:
1. moving the kitchen in the current living area, taking advantage of the terrace on the north side for the facing;
2. the second bathroom has been created in the current kitchen, using discharges at the disposal of existing bathroom;
3. the double bedroom has been converted in only room that currently overlooks the terrace, zooming in with moving a partition wall, obtaining a corner to set up a small wardrobe and using the existing bathroom as a private bathroom. In this way, all inside of the sleeping area was created a private area for the hosts;
4. you been enlarged disengagement to allow the demolition of the curved wall in current bathroom and the different sizes of the rooms and the study;
5. the study was obtained in the closest room to the living area, lessening the surface area (9,00 square meters), but with the possibility of becoming a single bedroom to the different needs of the family;
6. the second bedroom that provided in the plan seems to be the biggest overlooking window, was slightly reduced in size to allow for the enlargement of the master bedroom, while maintaining an appropriate area (16,35 square meters) to the creation of a master double bed;
7. a small closet for storing tools necessary to clean of the apartment has been created directly in the hallway.
The total living area of 36,00 square meters was divided into two communicating parties but at the same time separated from each other: the kitchen area and lounge area. The kitchen area of 13.00 square meters has been designed as an integral part of the living area. Although he has not created any dividing wall between the two environments, the separation is guaranteed by furniture designed. In fact, a double-sided bookcase separates the ring area / kitchen sink from the living area, creating a look - can not wait. Attached to the library was located the dining area with a table towards the seating area. The access door to the sleeping area was designed as a door without jambs and architraves (240 cm high), sliding along the wall of the living room that gives the impression of a panel hanging by a thread completely in glass with decorations and champagne-colored background. Is meant a ceiling on part of the master bedroom, on the whole hallway and part of the living area. In particular, on the wall of the head of the bed and on the two long walls of the living area was a groove in plasterboard with tubular light-emitting diode, while the remaining part of the plasterboard ceiling lighting with LED recessed spotlights. In the choice of finishing materials, they opted for a floor in porcelain enamel effect parquet color taupe 15x90 cm, one for the whole flat with the exception of the flooring bathrooms. In this way it is allowed the use of different color combinations of furniture and other finishes. For the flooring and the finish of the bathrooms has opted for a single type pavement in dark gray 30x60 cm and coordinated covering. For the lining of the wall of the kitchen and bathrooms was also chosen the mosaic of 2x2 cm glass with shades of light and dark gray, dove gray, brown and bronze. In the private bathrooms have been provided for the type suspended toilet and bidet, a washbasin and bathtub oval multifunction 85x150 cm tub, sauna, color therapy. In the bathroom supplied apartment instead, as well as wall mounted toilet and the sink support has been provided for a shower and a cabinet for washing machine and tumble dryer possible. To paint you plan to use all the shades of dove gray with darker walls interspersed with lighter shades and bright. The countertops and lower surface of the slab shall be of white color.
