The solution proposed plans to make the most of the space available by taking advantage of the offset of the plans as at the entrance to the apartments of the 1st 2nd and plans for the area of the living room overlooking the garden.
The largest apartment on the ground floor suitable for a family of 4 has access from the common corridor and includes a lowering of the basement of 15-20 cm to ensure the livability in the sleeping area in which there are two large double bedrooms with space bath, a sauna, and a laundry room. The master bedroom opens onto a small courtyard set in green made the garden. On the ground floor space is a third bedroom with bathroom, a large living area with fireplace in open space with views of the garden. An island divides the kitchen from the living room into two, with a footbridge to reach the private garden divided into two areas, one for the main apartment and a second for the apartment on the first floor accessible by a retractable staircase.

La soluzione proposta prevede di sfruttare al massimo lo spazio a disposizione approfittando dello sfalsamento dei piani come occasione d'ingresso agli appartamenti dei piani 1° 2° e per avere la zona del soggiorno affacciata sul giardino.
L'appartamento più grande al piano terra adatto a una famiglia di 4 persone ha l'accesso dal corridoio comune e prevede un ribassamento del piano interrato di 15/20 cm per garantire la vivibilità nella zona notte nella quale trovano spazio due ampie camere matrimoniali con bagno, una sauna, e una lavanderia. La camera padronale si affaccia su un cavedio allestito a verde ricavato sul giardino. Al piano terra trova spazio una terza camera con bagno, un ampia zona giorno con caminetto in open space con vista sul giardino. Un'isola suddivide in due la cucina dal soggiorno, tramite una passerella si raggiunge il giardino privato suddiviso in due aree, una per l'appartamento principale e una seconda per l'appartamento al primo piano accessibile da una scala retrattile.
Nel sottotetto viene realizzato un openspace per una giovane coppia con terrazzo affacciato sul giardino e ampio lucernario disposto a sud. A suddividere l'ambiente saranno i mobili che creeranno tre diversi spazi: il soggiorno, la camera e la cucina.
Si propone un ulteriore terrazza accessibile a tutti sopra l'ampliamento richiesto.
