Description

Dear Client,
The project attempts to implement at most Your requirements, which is the interior design of the GROUND FLOOR of a building of three floors.
The spiral staircase, which connects the three floors, has a central role in the overall spatial design of the ground floor. It is placed within the grey rectangle called "Zona per il possibile inserimento scala" and is visible from all areas – living room, dining room, entrance. The main areas - living room and dining room are placed in such a way that they have a direct view to the private garden to the west, whilst the secondary areas such as study area, kitchen, WC and cloakroom face the noisy street to the east.
The living room occupies the central part of the ground floor and it consists of a combination of sofas and couches, a large fireplace with private area with armchairs and a TV and multimedia corner. The dining area is placed near the North wall and is represented by a large dinner table for 12 guests with a possible space to become bigger. The kitchen area is located near the dining area and the two are connected via a bar/kitchen island.
The study area is located between the entrance from the private garden and the spiral staircase, thus giving it a more public position. It is separated from the main space by an optional glass wall for more privacy (it can be omitted if not needed). It consist of a desk workplace, bookshelves and storage cabinets.
The main entrance of the house is from the private garden on the east side, but it can also be accessed from the stairs (the garage). The entrance area consist of an entrance foyer with guest WC and cloakroom.
The overall design attempts to give the home a bright, open and modern look with some contemporary touches. The interior finishes include parquet floors, decorative wall stucco, wooden hung ceiling and some natural stone highlights.
In the floor plans there is also a concept proposition for the layout of the second floor. I hope you like my design :)
Best Regards:
