The project proposal is developed from well defined customer requirements.
The presence of a large spiral staircase, a large living area and a kitchen closed to the rest of the environment.
The main entrance to the house is from the appurtenance garden.
According to the actual needs of the client (e.g. if you prefer the study area closed) we offer two solutions that will have the same area living room / dining room / kitchen. The living room will be ideally divided from the dining room by a large bookcase.
The dining room will host a table that can accommodate up to 12 people, the kitchen will be closed as required but is expected an opening “bar hatch”.


Solution A

The study area is separated from the lounge by a filter, keeping open the environment. Services (bathroom and closet) make up a single band next to the kitchen in the south area.

Solution B

Study area and bathroom are located in a single closed volume characterized by one of the curved walls which appears as the continuation of the scale.

The staircase will be made of wood with glass balustrade and brass handrails

As regards finishes, for all over the house there will be parquet floors, walls will be white except for a brick wall where the fireplace will be staying.
