The project idea is to create a large living and dining room separated in the middle by a wenge wooden wall and a travertine fireplace (typical Roman stone).
The entrance leads directly to the living room that is immediately behind the large spiral staircase with steel frame and glass steps in travertine.
The large windows of the living room give great brightness to the whole space.
From the entrance you can also access the service area directly without passing through the living room.
In fact, through a passage behind the spiral staircase there is the wardrobe and after the spacious kitchen.
The kitchen area is rectangular, the cooker are placed in the large central island. In front of the cooker there are a large wooden table where can take placed the all family.
The dining area is approached through two large sliding doors, in the dining room there is a large table for 12 people but with the possibility of increasing its capacity.
Even the dining room haves natural lighting by the large windows overlooking the beautiful garden.
To go to the study and to the guest bathroom must pass a hallway located near the dining room and near the kitchen.

L’idea progettuale è quella di creare una grande area living/pranzo schermata al centro da una parete in legno wenge e da un camino in travertino (tipica pietra romana).
Dall’ingresso si accede direttamente all’area living che trova spazio subito dietro la grande scala elicoidale con struttura in acciaio vetro e gradini in travertino.
Le ampie vetrate del soggiorno danno grande luminosità a tutto l’ambiente.
Dall’ingresso è anche possibile accedere alla zona servizi direttamente senza attraversare il soggiorno.
Infatti attraverso un passaggio che costeggia la scala elicoidale si ha accesso al guardaroba e subito dopo alla spaziosa cucina.
L’ambiente cucina è a pianta rettangolare, i fuochi sono stati sistemati nell’ampia isola centrale creata con un grande piano lavoro/cottura e un ampio bancone in legno su cui trova posto tutta la famiglia
Alla zona pranzo si accede attraversando due ampie porte scorrevoli vetrate, qui troviamo un ampio tavolo per almeno 12 persone ma con possibilità di aumentarne la capienza.
Anche la zona pranzo gode di un’illuminazione naturale molto forte grazie alle grandi vetrate che danno sul giardino.
Per accedere alla zona studio e al bagno per ospiti si attraversa un disimpegno accessibile sia dalla sala da pranzo che dalla cucina.
