For this project, apartment fot father and daughter, there was created clean, modern and comfortable style, as you wanted for living.
The second bathroom and laundry as you also wanted, is placed in a new room where the whole kitchen was in the excisting floorplan, actually sharing walls with kitchen. It's because of the nearest installation and the most convinient place for a bathroom, far as possible from the living and sleeping areas. In the room of Giulia, the bed is with a built-in drawer bed, that is pulled for sleeping when is necessary, for another person.
