Dear client. I would like to thank you for a chance to participate on your project. I have worked on two options for the arrangement but I only visualized one the first option has to do with open living space which includes kitchen dinning and living room. The lobby was reduced to make easy access to the dinning area without going through the living area and the laundry is in the kitchen to utilize the drains and ease of access to the terrace. The second option has a closed living area a second bathroom which include just a toilet and a laundry area. Thank you
