Briefing

Sono un gessista, cartongessista. Mi trovo spesso lavorando in ristrutturazioni e a confrontarmi con architetti e progettisti. questo mi ha fornito un sacco di informazioni e allo stesso tempo confuso le idee proprio ora che sono alle prese con la ristrutturazione del mio appartamento. Appartamento di circa 82 mq che sara' la casa che abitero' con mia figlia Giulia di 15 anni. Attualmente l 'appartamento e' diviso nella maniera classica e tipica delle case anni 70. A me piacerebbe nel limite del possibile avere un secondo bagno/lavanderia.
Mi piace molto lo stile moderno, amo il parquet e vorrei una casa facile da gestire e ordinare. La cameretta di Giulia vorrei che possa avere (anche solo all' occorrenza) un secondo letto per poter ospitare i suoi amici. ps nel web ho trovato un progetto che si avvicina molto a i miei gusti. il problema grosso credo che sia difficile ricavare il secondo bagno tanto distante dal primo per via delle pendenze necessarie allo scarico del wc.

I'm a dry wall worker . I often find myself working in renovations and confronting architects and designers. this gave me a lot of information and at the same time confused the ideas right now that I am struggling with the renovation of my apartment. Apartment of about 82 square meters which will be the home I will live with my 15 year old daughter Giulia. Currently the apartment is divided into the classic and typical way of the 70s. I would like to have a second bathroom / laundry as far as possible.
I really like modern style, I love parquet and I would like a home that is easy to manage and order. Giulia's bedroom I wish she could have (even if only) a second bed to accommodate her friends. ps on the web I found a project that is very close to my tastes. I think the big problem is that it is difficult to get the second bathroom so far away from the first one because of the inclinations needed to flush the toilet.
