DESCRIZIONE DEL PROGETTO

Il progetto prevede l’ingresso nel mezzanino della scala esistente attraverso una nuova scala realizzata esternamente.
Una volta arrivati al piano primo troviamo la zona giorno: sulla destra il soggiorno, separato dalla zona pranzo attraverso una parete attrezzata in cartongesso di altezza cm 250 dove è situato un camino bifacciale e la televisione. Dalla parte opposta della parete attrezzata troviamo la zona pranzo costituita da un ampio tavolo di design ovale.
Sulla sinistra si sviluppa invece la cucina lineare in stile più classico, dotata di una grande penisola dove poter comodamente pranzare anche in quattro persone. Dalla cucina si accede ad un locale dispensa - ripostigio e da quest’ultimo ad un bagno di servizio.
Centralmente si trova la scala che conduce al piano soppalcato, sotto la quale, per sfruttare al meglio lo spazio, è prevista la realizzazione di una libreria con vani sia a giorno che chiusi su misura. Nel piano soppalcato è prevista la realizzazione di una piccola stanza adibita a studio e, se la normativa lo concede, avrei previsto di sfruttare come area relax anche la porzione di soffitto che copre la dispensa e il bagno del piano primo. Parapetti vetrati delimitano il piano soppalcato.
Al reparto notte si accede attraverso la scala principale e quest’ultimo è costituito da un’ampia camera matrimoniale con stanza degli armadi e bagno privato, un’altra camera matrimoniale (per bambini) e un bagno dotato di sanitari, lavabo, doccia e vasca, attraverso il quale si accede ad un locale lavanderia separato da quest’ultimo attraverso una porta scorrevole.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project provides for the entry in the mezzanine of the existing scale through a new scale realized externally.
Once you get to the first floor there is the living area: on the right the living room, separated from the dining area through a plasterboard wall system height 250 cm where there is a double-sided fireplace and television. On the opposite side of the wall unit we find the dining area consists of a large oval table design.
On the left there is the kitchen instead linear in more classical style, with a large peninsula where you can comfortably eat in four people. The kitchen leads to a local pantry - storage and from the latter to a bathroom.
Centrally located the staircase leading to the loft, under which, to make the most of the space, is planned the construction of a customised library with both open and closed compartments. In the loft it is planned to build a small room used as a study and, if the law allows it, I would have expected to take advantage of a relax area the portion of the ceiling that covers the pantry and bathroom on the first floor. Glass parapets delimit the mezzanine floor.
We access to the sleeping area throught the main staircase and the latter consists of a large double bedroom with walk-in-closet and bathroom, another bedroom for children and a bathroom equipped with sanitary, sink, shower and tub, through which it leads to a laundry room separate from the latter through a sliding door.
