The distribution project that I propose for the "redistribution of the interior spaces of an apartment" contest focuses mainly on creating a large interior space where the living room, dining room and kitchen areas are directly related. Providing the spatial sensation that the client wanted to achieve and that he provided in the reference images.
Once the owner enters the apartment, he will find a storage room and a small laundry room on the left side. Later, further on, you will see a large space with a dining table for 8 people, a piece of furniture where the fireplace is, a television, and right in front of it a fairly large sofa. The kitchen has a bar for four people and has sliding glass doors that allow this space to be closed if the owner so wishes.
There are 3 bedrooms.
The main bedroom is 15.81 square meters and has an internal bathroom
Bedroom 1: It has an area of 11.85 square meters
Bedroom 2: 13.43 square meters
I designed a second option for the layout of the apartment, where the biggest difference is the kitchen, which is now much larger, thus making it much more comfortable to cook and share with friends at the same time.
