Thank you for this great project, I will explain the design that I proposed. Please see in detail the floor plan and rendering that I show, so that you understand every detail of my design.
#BATHROOM
I tried to make a floor plan, with a little destruction but still efficient, I understand that you want to have two bathrooms, one bathroom equipped with a bathtub and the other with a shower, in this case I put the position of one of the bathrooms with a door. in the kitchen area (08 bathroom), I did this based on the consideration that many activities would be carried out in the area around the kitchen, living room or balcony, of course if one of the bathrooms is close to the kitchen then access will be easier. Meanwhile, the main bathroom (07 bathroom) is located in an area adjacent to the bedroom and studio, this is due to consideration of access for the occupants of the house so that it is easier to reach the bathroom when in the studio or bedroom.
#KITCHEN
As you wish, the position of the kitchen will be placed on the opposite side of the current kitchen. I made the kitchen with a peninsula because of the consideration of a more efficient space, as well as a modern and bright kitchen model with a dominance of white and wood.
#DINING ROOM
The dining room is located in the area that used to be the living room, there are bookshelves in this area, and stairs that lead to the downstairs room, I gave the side area a perforated wall to add a modern and clean impression, instead of using an iron fence like before, this is very I thought it was annoying so I replaced it with a hole in the wall.
#LIVING ROOM
The area is located in the area that used to be the kitchen, currently I am making a fireplace which is placed in the area where there is a chimney hole (the area that used to be the stove), complete with a sofa and close to the balcony making the living room ideal and comfortable.
#TERRACE AND BALCONY
As you said, you want to increase the area of the balcony and terrace, as seen in the plan, I increased the area of the balcony and terrace to make it habitable, and you can see the rendering of the balcony to better understand the balcony design that I made.
#STORAGE SPACE
The storage room has an access door close to the dining room, this would be annoying if there was a door, so I camouflaged the entrance so that people think this is just an ordinary wall, and it still looks modern, but still efficient, because the storage room can be easily accessed.
#BEDROOM
There are two bedrooms, the main bedroom (05) and the second bedroom (06), bedroom 05 has a larger space with a bigger bed too, while bed 06 has a slightly smaller size when compared to bed 05, but there is enough space for a comfortable bed.
#STUDIO
The studio is an important consideration, because in my opinion the studio must have sufficient lighting, the studio must also have dimensions that are not too big and not too small, so based on several considerations I created a studio space that I think suits your needs.
