We are very grateful for our participation in the competition , hope you like our design.

From the first contact with the project I noticed that the following instructions must be respected:
- Respect for the client's wishes and enhancement of the existing building.
- find solutions for sound insulation and Maximize the amount of natural light (kitchen terrace) to enjoy the mountain view
- the use of natural and sustainable materials to keep harmony with the mountain flavor.
- Minimization of construction costs.
- give a warm modern style to the apartment.

so I decided to use natural materials which gave me the warm aspect to the apartment and which guaranteed harmony with the outdoor green space and the view of the mountains, the fireplace was also a main element to the project with the reading space and different types of armchairs.
Also I used the fireplace wall to close the space of the stairs which leads to the basement.
For the work space I chose for it to be glazed to integrate it with the open space of the living room for the bedrooms I kept almost the old ones with small modifications.
For the windows I kept the existing windows except the windows of the guest bathroom and the office.
