The apartment that should be renovated is on the first floor of a building in a city centre in Southern Italy. There are two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, and a long corridor that separates a room (indicated as “soggiorno” on the plan) from the rest of the apartment. Most probably, we will use the apartment for short-period rentals to two or three people.
The project: I’d like to take advantage of all the space the best way possible. The average height of the ceiling is about 3.05m.
In the apartment we want to have a master bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen. In the bathroom I would like to have a washing machine. Nordic and Scandinavian furniture. We’re looking for a breathy and bright design, particularly in the corridor. Ikea furnitures.
