Il progetto valuta e si propone di rendere i due piani funzionali ottimizzando gli spazi, con la disposizione dei nuovi arredi.
L’area living è stata posizionata in prossimità del vano scala. La rientranza del bagno è stata eliminata a favore della cucina dove è stato inserito un frigo stand alone e un bancone in legno grezzo di fronte la finestra per colazioni e pranzi veloci. Nella stanza studio è stato inserito un armadio a 5 ante per permettere il cambio stagioni. Al secondo piano si consiglia di abbattere la parete della stanza della mini palestra, dove gli attrezzi sono solamente indicativi ed anche la posizione di essi. Il letto matrimoniale si consiglia di inserirlo lontano dalle pareti per sfruttare la parete alta ed inserire un armadio a 6 ante.
L’illuminazione artificiale è pensata diffusa, non diretta e fastidiosa, con delle strip led (strisce a led) in testa alle velette in cartongesso orientate verso il soffitto in modo da distribuire la luce in maniera uniforme.
Gli arredi sono stati scelti fra quelli di uso commerciale di buon design e buona qualità. Vanno presi di riferimento come base di partenza per sua migliore o diversa scelta. Il pavimento scelto è parquet molto chiaro tranne per i due bagni dove è stata scelta una ceramica grigia .
