ITA La ristrutturazione interviene sui tre fronti richiesti:
- il piano terra, con nuovo studio medico all'interno degli spazi commerciali, con la sola divisione muraria (strutture in cartongesso leggere e facilmente rimovibili in caso di modifiche future necessarie) per ottenere due locali dedicati alle visite, il bagno in comune per i medici, accessibile da entrambi gli spazi, il servizio igienico per i pazienti, diviso in uomini e donne per il wc; sono previsti due piccoli lavabi di servizio per i medici all'interno del locale di visita, del tipo con comando a pedale per avere la massima igienicità nell'utilizzo; lo spazio di sala d'attesa è il più luminoso e adiacente i due possibili ingressi, da strada o dall'androne, secondo la decisione dei committenti, con semplici aggiustamenti nell'arredo con sedute e reception di accoglienza dei pazienti; altrettanta attenzione all'igiene è posta sulla pavimentazione, utilizzando resine autolivellanti e che permettono la realizzazione dello sguscio al bordo delle pareti, con colori accesi e differenziati per la sala d'attesa e i locali di visita;
- l'appartamento A vede una nuova zona giorno organizzata mantenendo la cucina, il bagno e il disimpegno nell'angolo al di sotto del corpo scala da cui si ha l'accesso principale: unico cambiamento necessario per migliorare la fruizione è lo spostamento della porta di ingresso alla cucina permettendo un'area ingresso meno compressa tra le due aperture in cui poter allestire un mobile contenitore e specchiature e appendiabiti alle pareti; la nuova sala da pranzo/soggiorno si basa su un taglio obliquo creato dalla disposizione dell'arredamento per il collegamento tra i due ingressi e i locali i servizio (cucina e bagno), ottenendo aree definite per diverse funzioni quali zona relax, angolo lettura, zona pranzo, angolo studio; lo stile scelto per l'arredo si è basato sulle foto mostrate di ciò che già occupava gli spazi abitati, mantenendo un profilo elegante e neutro nei toni, ad eccezione di piccoli e puntuali elementi (i due mobili contenitori per gli ingressi e la poltrona dell'angolo lettura); anche la pavimentazione riprende questo elemento elegante con un gres effetto marmo molto chiaro, per amplificare la luce naturale che può entrare nell'appartamento da poche aperture;
- l'appartamento B, completamente rivisto e ampliato, è invece in differente stile e distribuzione, partendo da un unico ingresso che riceve luce da un nuovo cavedio, inserito a confine con l'adiacente proprietà, per poter dare luce e aria anche alla nuova cucina; il bagno di servizio, con spazio lavanderia viene disimpegnato proprio dall'ingresso; i locali sono relativamente ampi e permettono la presenza di armadiature e mobili contenitori utili alla definizione delle diverse funzioni, soprattutto nella sala in cui convivono angolo relax, zona pranzo, angolo lettura sul passaggio verso la zona notte; la zona notte è composta da due stanze doppie e un bagno, disimpegnata rispettoa alla zona giorno; anche la seconda stanza ha necessità di un cavedio per ottenere luce e aria naturale, con un affaccio non frontale rispetto alla stanza esistente dell'appartamento A; nell'arredamento e nei pavimenti la scelta è di contemporaneità con parquet scuro e cementine veneziane affiancate a divani e poltrone colorati, mobili con elementi lasciati al naturale e contrasti scuri; unica stanza con stile differente è la seconda camera, pensata per due ragazzi, quindi più neutra con elementi bianchi e il colore verde che fa da tres d'union.

The restructuring takes place on the three fronts required:
- the ground floor, with a new medical office inside the commercial spaces, with only the masonry division (lightweight plasterboard structures that can be easily removed in the event of future changes necessary) to obtain two rooms dedicated to visits, the shared bathroom doctors, accessible from both spaces, the toilet for patients, divided into men and women for the toilet; there are two small service washbasins for doctors inside the examination room, of the type with pedal control for maximum hygiene in use; the waiting room space is the brightest and adjacent to the two possible entrances, from the street or from the entrance hall, according to the decision of the clients, with simple adjustments in the furnishings with seats and reception reception of the patients; as much attention to hygiene is placed on the floor, using self-leveling resins and which allow the realization of the shell at the edge of the walls, with bright and differentiated colors for the waiting room and the visiting premises;
- the apartment A sees a new living area organized keeping the kitchen, the bathroom and the disengagement in the corner below the staircase from which there is the main access: the only change necessary to improve the use is the moving of the door entrance to the kitchen allowing a less compressed entrance area between the two openings in which to set up a cabinet and mirrors and hangers on the walls; the new dining / living room is based on an oblique cut created by the arrangement of the furniture for the connection between the two entrances and the service rooms (kitchen and bathroom), obtaining defined areas for different functions such as relaxation area, reading corner, area lunch, study corner; the style chosen for the furnishings was based on the photos shown of what already occupied the inhabited spaces, maintaining an elegant and neutral profile in the tones, with the exception of small and punctual elements (the two cabinets for the entrances and the armchair of the 'reading corner); even the flooring takes up this elegant element with a very light marble-like stoneware, to amplify the natural light that can enter the apartment from a few openings;
- apartment B, completely revised and expanded, is instead in a different style and distribution, starting from a single entrance that receives light from a new shaft, inserted at the border with the adjacent property, in order to give light and air even to the new kitchen; the service bathroom, with laundry space, is disengaged from the entrance; the rooms are relatively large and allow the presence of wardrobes and cabinets useful for the definition of the various functions, especially in the room in which the relaxation corner, the dining area and the reading corner coexist on the passage to the sleeping area; the sleeping area consists of two double rooms and a bathroom, disengaged from the living area; the second room also needs a light shaft to obtain light and natural air, with a non-frontal view with respect to the existing room in apartment A; in the furnishings and floors the choice is contemporary with dark parquet and Venetian cement tiles side by side with colored sofas and armchairs, furniture with elements left naturally and dark contrasts; the only room with a different style is the second room, designed for two boys, therefore more neutral with white elements and the green color that acts as a union.
