La preesistenza, le esigenze del committente e la naturale inclinazione del luogo sono scaturite in questo progetto d’interni volto a sfruttare la porzione di pianta con maggiore luce naturale, garantendo un passaggio fluido da parte del cliente in tutte le zone di consumazione. Lo spazio, sfruttato nella sua profondità, copre tutti i servizi richiesti; varcata la soglia d’ingresso si apre la prima sala destinata a colazione, brunch, aperitivi con sedute veloci e complementi d’arredo estraibili dalla boiserie per sfruttare appieno le potenzialità della parete più importante. Il cuore è rappresentato dalla seconda sala, destinata ad una consumazione più lenta e caratterizzata da un modulo di pieni e vuoti confluente nell’ultima zona. Qui, la presenza del bancone garantirà una somministrazione diretta alla vista della cucina. Sono stati stimati 35 coperti più gli spalti.

The pre-existence, the needs of the customer and the natural inclination of the place resulted in this project aims at exploring the interior portion of the plant with more natural light, ensuring a smooth transition from the customer in all areas of consumption. Space, used in its depth, covering all the services required; crossed the threshold of entry opens the first hall for breakfast, brunch, aperitif sessions with fast and furniture extractable from the woodwork to exploit the full potential of the wall more important. The heart is the second room, set to a slower consumption and characterized by a form of full-and-empty module confluent last area. Here, the presence of the counter will ensure a direct administration to the eye of the kitchen. They were estimated 35 seats plus bleachers.
