Briefing

L'obiettivo è quello di creare un ristorante/tapas bar dinamico con un differente approccio alla ristorazione e servizio e multifunzionale, aperto dalla colazione, pranzo e il massimo potenziale per quanto riguarda l'aperitivo e la cena. Con una parte adibita al cocktail bar e una parte ristorante, che siano comunque in relazione.
Da prendere in considerazione l'idea di un bancone gourmet, dove è possibile preparare e rifinire i piatti da poter servire direttamente al cliente (non obbligatorio).
Lo stile che sto cercando è un mix tra vintage, industriale dando sempre molta importanza ai materiali quali legno, cemento, pietra, mattoni e metalli grezzi.
Ci sono delle percentuali sulle aree da rispettare:
-area somministrazione 60%
- area magazzino 7%
-area raccolta rifiuti 3%
- bagno disabili con aperture di 90cm e un cerchio di 150cm di diametro libero da ingombri per permettere le manovre della carrozzina.

The goal is to create a restaurant / tapas bar dynamic and with a different approch; open from breakfast , lunch, to the major focus on aperitif and dinner. Divided in two parts: a cocktail bar area and a restaurant area, but still functionally and structurally connected.
You can consider the idea of a gourmet counter , where you can prepare and finish the dishes and serve directly the customers ( not mandatory ) .
The style I'm looking for is a mix of vintage , industrial always giving much importance to materials such as wood , concrete , stone , brick and raw metals .
There are the percentages on the areas to be fulfilled:
- service area 60 %
- Storage area 7 %
-area waste collection 3 %
- Disabled bathroom with openings of 90cm and a circle of 150 cm diameter free of clutter to allow maneuvering of the wheelchair .
