Il progetto include la revisione della bozza di progetto situato in via Sicilia. Il fabbricato rivisto è composto da un corpo lineare ed è posizionato almeno 5 m dal confine di proprietà ed orientato a Nord/ Est – Sud/ Ovest in modo cha possa usufruire della luce solare efficientemente. L’area totale è 1.554 mq, esclusi corridoi, scale, garage, chiostrine e balconi. Servito da due vanni scala comunicanti al pian terreno e illuminati dalla chiostrina centrale e laterale.
L’accesso all’area, pedonale e carrabile, avviene da via Sicilia. E stato identificato una potenziale seconda via d’accesso pedonale da via Stazione.
Il piano tipo, eccetto piano terra, è composto da otto appartamenti. Nel piano terra, composto da sette appartamenti, avviene l’accesso al garage semiinterrato tramite la rampa carrabile ed anche tramite le due scale interne.
In totale sono stati ideati venti tre appartamenti con superficie lorda di 1.554 mq, esclusi balconi.
I balconi degli appartamenti sono decorati con vasi per alberelli gettati in opera. I muri divisori tra gli balconi sono ideati come giardini verticali.
Nella parte Ovest è stata conservata l’idea iniziale del giardino ma introducendo una piccola area giochi per bambini.

The project includes the revision of the draft project located in via Sicilia. The revised building is composed of a linear body and is positioned at least 5 m from the land boundary and is oriented to the North / East - South / West in order to take advantage of sunlight efficiently. The total area is 1.554 square meters, excluding corridors, stairs, garages, cloisters and balconies. Served by two stairwells in connection through the ground floor and illuminated by the central and lateral cloisters.
The access to the area, pedestrian and driveway, takes place from via Sicilia. A potential second pedestrian access route has been identified from via Stazione.
The typical floor, except ground floor, includes eight apartments. From the ground floor, which includes seven apartments, access is made to the semi-basement garage via the vehicle ramp and also through the two internal stairs.
In total there are foreseen twenty three apartments with a gross area of 1.554 square meters, excluding balconies.
The balconies of the apartments are decorated with cast in situ pots for small trees. The partition walls between the balconies are designed and meant to be vertical gardens.
In the west part the initial idea of the garden has been preserved, but introducing a small playground for children.
