La Pineta, Place to rest!
In this design I tried to have all of functions.
We start with parking places. Demands was 6, and we have 6 parking places here. In my opinion this place need an other thing.'PARTY ZONE'. If all of guests want to have a party with each other or want to celebrate a ceremony we need somewhere to response that. Party zone can also be a place for small exhibitions and some other things like that. Sun zone placed to use the sun light among trees. The important demand was Pool but not near trees. So I placed that behind the building.THERE IS NO TREE THERE!
I want to save somethings from original building. I used the tiles in entrance stair.(Can see on renders)
Great front yard covered with grass. It smells good!
When we enter the main building at ground floor, we can see Reception in front of us, one WC in right hand and restaurant in left hand. there is a small silent room behind the reception for create a reading room or management room. the restaurant have a small kitchen for cooking somethings for breakfast, make coffees and... . Also, the restaurant have an outdoor place.
On top of the ground floor plan you can see the stairs to basement. I made a easy way to connect ground floor to basement.
At basement we have some interesting things. We have a billiard,a parking, a bar, kitchen, many storage rooms for sheets and... , a luggage stuff, a laundry and mechanical room for pool and heating system.
When you enter the first room, there is a hallway. 4 rooms are placed in this floor (with all of functions and demands).
At second floor, in addition of 2 rooms, we have another special room. It can be used as conference room or salon for communities or.... And the great point is I saved the terrace at second floor for every users and guests.
The points that have been included in this design:
- All of rooms have bath, a desk, small kitchen, closet , and anteroom
- Carrier walls are not destroyed or changed (except one door opened in basement)
- Best use of existing situation to reduce costs.
- Base design color is White and Grey (somewhere wood added)
- All of rooms (except 2) have own balconies or terraces and two of them have two balconies.
- Not of rooms can not to be disturbances by anybody (All of spaces are separated)
- I used twin bed for every room it can be single bed for having more spaces.
