Per la realizzazione del progetto di restauro alberghiero si è pensato di creare un design moderno con un minimo intervento costruttivo. all'interno, le partizioni esistenti verranno utilizzate effettuando piccolissimi interventi nelle pareti per realizzare gli ambienti che avranno ciascuno lo spazio di un giorno e quello della notte. Le camere della zona notte saranno dotate di cabina armadio o guardaroba, wc con vasca idromassaggio, e ballo matrimoniale. La zona giorno comprenderà la cucina, con un bancone con panche che fungerà da tavolo da pranzo. Inoltre, ci sarà una zona lounge con un divano letto nella zona giorno, trasformabile in letto a castello, e di fronte ci sarà una TV. In quasi tutte le stanze, la zona giorno avrà una vetrata apribile per tutta la sua lunghezza. Al primo e al secondo piano ci saranno 3 stanze e al terzo piano ci saranno 2 stanze che saranno più spaziose e possono ospitare più persone per un soggiorno più lungo. Per aumentare il comfort dell'albergo verrà installato un sensore che potrà essere montato in questa fase della ricostruzione o in una seconda fase. L'ascensore andrà dal seminterrato al terzo piano. Il piano seminterrato sarà suddiviso in 2 zone, una riservata ai clienti che potrà essere uno spazio relax per rilassarsi leggendo un libro o guardando qualcosa in tv, l'altra zona sarà dedicata ai servizi alberghieri, ci sarà la lavanderia, una rivista per le lenzuola e una rivista per riporre attrezzi per riparazioni varie o sedie e materassi di ricambio al servizio dell'hotel. L'accesso al piano interrato avverrà tramite una scala presa dal piano terra e dall'ascensore da montare. Il piano terra avrà una scala che sarà aperta, ci sarà una reception così come le 3 stanze al primo piano avranno balconi con accesso diretto al giardino e alla zona piscina. Lo spazio esterno avrà un design più moderno con linee rette degli strati del pavimento. Ci sarà un parcheggio dedicato per 6 auto e il piazzale d'ingresso all'hotel sarà concepito per essere utilizzato come parcheggio quando l'hotel funzionerà alla massima capacità. Una zona più riservata separata da palme esotiche sarà dedicata alla zona piscina che avrà una capienza di 20 posti letto e una zona dedicata al BBQ che potrà fungere anche da bar. Due file di colonnati fungeranno da elementi decorativi e funzionali dove potranno essere montate tende, illuminazione e sarà montato anche uno schermo proiettore per guardare film o eventi vari durante la serata. L'hotel avrà un design moderno con finestre in vetro e una ringhiera del balcone in vetro. L'intera superficie dell'hotel sarà dominata dal colore bianco e dall'abbondante vegetazione.

On the first and second floor, there will be 3 rooms and the third floor will have 2 rooms which will be more spacious and can hold more people for a longer stay. To increase the comfort of the hotel, a sensor will be installed which can be mounted in this phase of the reconstruction or a second phase. The elevator will go from the basement to the third floor. The basement will be divided into 2 areas, one for customers which can be a relaxation space to relax by reading a book or watching something on TV, the other area will be dedicated to hotel services, there will be laundry, a magazine for sheets and a magazine for storing tools for various repairs or spare chairs and mattresses in the service of the hotel. Access to the basement will be made by a staircase taken from the ground floor and from the elevator to be mounted. The ground floor will have a staircase that will be open, there will be a reception as well as the 3 rooms on the first floor will have balconies with direct access to the garden and the pool area. The exterior space will have a more modern design with straight lines of floor layers. There will be a parking lot dedicated for 6 cars and the entrance square to the hotel will be conceived to be used as a parking lot when the hotel will operate at maximum capacity. A more private area separated by exotic palm trees will be dedicated to the pool area which will have a capacity of 20 beds and an area dedicated to BBQ which can also serve as a bar. Two rows of colonnades will serve as decorative and functional elements where tents can be mounted, lighting and also a projector screen will be mounted to watch movies or various events during the evening. The hotel will have a modern design with glass windows and a glass balcony railing. The entire surface of the hotel will be dominated by white color and abundant greenery.
