As you suggest, the concept with straigh lines, neutral colors and natural textures give to the space a cozy, relax and simplicity. In the first floor i would like to suggest an open kitchen space with small dinning table. In the other hand, there is a main wood dinning table with white chairs in order to preserved the neutral colors.
As the living room has a wide open space, i suggest 2 independent living rooms ambience. The neutral colors and moderm style contrast with sparkle yellow arm chair.
For the 8th Floor space, as you request there is an independent bedroom while a new living room give you the welcome to the terrace. The ambient of the bedroom conserve the style of the 1st floor.
